The Whiskey Off-Road is a three-day mountain bike festival in Prescott, Arizona, running April 30 - May 2, 2027. Every ride starts on historic Whiskey Row downtown and climbs into the Prescott National Forest on singletrack, doubletrack and gravel. Amateurs choose the 15 Proof fun ride on Friday or the 25 Proof and 50 Proof backcountry rides on Saturday. Pros race a fat-tire criterium on Friday evening and a 50 Proof backcountry race on Sunday.
The event is run by Epic Rides, which reports a 94% finish rate. Every finisher receives a Klean Kanteen pint glass marked with their distance, and a Cape Epic-style 50 Proof Duo Team category was added recently. Registration opens on Black Friday, November 27, at 6am Arizona time. Entry includes a T-shirt and personalized number plate if you register by March 31, plus a poster, a goodie bag and access to the bike and gear expo. Each registration includes a $20 donation to beneficiaries such as the Yavapai County Food Bank.
