Melting Mann Gravel Race - VOLUNTEERS

If not sold out beforehand, online registration will close on March 18th at 5pm. Registration will be available on Friday, March 19th during pre packet pickup from 4-7pm and again on race day, Saturday, March 20th from 7am until the last race starts at the Vandalia, Michigan Community Center.

Transfers and Refunds:
Transfers are allowed.  No refunds or deferments for the flowing year.  Bikereg offers race registration insurance similar to trip or ticket insurance as well as supplemental accident/injury insurance for this event.  We encourage everyone to consider if prior to registering for the event.

To guarantee your free tee shirt size, participants must register before February 17, 2027

Event Pricing:
Race fee schedule for the 24, 39, and 58 mile distances based on how many have registered- 

1-199 – $75 Individual           $100 Tandem Team
200-399 - $80 Individual        $105 Tandem Team
400-599 - $85 Individual        $110 Tandem Team
600-799 - $90 Individual        $115 Tandem Team
800 plus - $95 Individual       $120 Tandem Team

Event Start Times:

58 Miles - 9:00 am, 39 Miles - 10:05 am, 24 Miles - 10:45 am.  We will do everything in our control to complete this event on the scheduled day, but if canceled due to weather, there are no refunds.
