Huffmaster Grasshopper

The Huffmaster Grasshopper is round two of the 2027 Grasshopper Adventure Series, held February 28, 2027 from Maxwell High School in Maxwell, California. The route explores rolling gravel and quiet paved roads between Interstate 5 and the Mendocino National Forest, with a long course of about 95 miles (4,230 ft) and the Huffmaster Mini of about 49 miles (2,195 ft). The long course passes Stony Creek, Leesville Gap and the Huffmaster Road climb before finishing on gravel through Sites; it has less climbing than a typical Hopper and has a bad-weather Plan B route. Riders start in category waves, and part of the proceeds supports the Adventure Therapy Foundation, with a donation prize drawing at the after-party.
