The 2026 “6 Hours in the Galisteo Basin” will be held on Saturday, April 18th. The Galisteo Basin Preserve trails are fast and fun and make for some great endurance racing. 100% of race proceeds will be donated to Commonweal Conservancy in support of their privately owned, publicly accessible, GBP trail system.
There are categories for individuals, duos, and teams of 3 or more. Junior racers, under the age of 19, get 50% off their registration. Umami Moto food truck will be there to keep everyone fueled and we'll have DJ to keep the energy high.
The race will start at 9am and ends at 3pm. Only laps completed before the 3pm deadline count towards the results.
It take the help of volunteers to make this race happen. If you know of someone willing to help out, have them sign up HERE.
