Pre-registration for collegiate, category, master's, and elite racers is open online until Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET. UCI categories must pre-register. Day-of registration is available online for non-UCI races and closes 60 minutes before the start of each designated race. There is an additional $15 fee for the day of registration.
All racers must collect a new bib number for the NCGP. Timing chips will remain the same for NCCX series racers.
Staging and call-ups begin 15 minutes before each race start. Be prompt, as our UCI officials will be staging racers and strictly staying on schedule.
The early bell and/or 80% rule will be in effect, so pay attention to your elapsed race time and where the race leader (of all categories for your time slot) is on the course.
Volunteer with Us!
We need volunteer course marshals for the races on Saturday and Sunday! Volunteers get some sweet NCCX swag! Save the date and keep an eye out for signups.
PLEASE use the Glover Street entrance to Jackson Park. This allows access to most of the parking and amenities. (801 Glover St., Hendersonville, NC will also get you to the venue)
From I-26, take exit 53 (Upward Rd.), head toward Flat Rock/Hendersonville on Upward Rd. Turn right on Spartanburg Hwy. (NC 176), Turn right on Glover St., Head straight into Jackson Park. From I-26, take exit 49B (Hwy 64), head west, left on Harris St., left on 4th Ave. (limited parking from this side of the park)
You can pre-ride the course from 3:00 pm till dark on Friday, November 20, 2026. NO WARMING UP on the race course while races are in progress. There may be time between races for practice laps. There are lots of nice areas around the park to warm up.
This is a C2 UCI event and will be held under UCI regulations. The UCI Elite Men and UCI Elite Women must have a valid UCI license (purchase one from USA Cycling or your national federation before the race). All other racers must have a USA Cycling license; one-day licenses may be purchased with online registration.
All entrants are required to sign the USAC waiver. Minors must have a parent or guardian with them when registering to sign the release form.
All racing ages for all categories will be determined by the 2027 racing age (CX racing age)
